Comp 212 Lab 05: Review For Exam 1
Below are the links to the first exams given in Spring 2003 and Spring 2004.
This semester's exam 1 will have a similar format and similar
type of questions. Use the lab time to work on the old exam as a way to
prepare for the upcoming exam. Feel free to discuss the problems with your
lab mates. The labbies are there to help you too, though they will not
give you the answers.
Exam 1 of this semester will include materials covered from Jan 12, 2006 up
to and including Feb 10, 2006. It will be similar to the above exams in that it may ask
you
- to write list algorithms for the current immutable list framework
- questions related to the homeworks
- to read and understand UML diagrams and write appropriate code to
implement certain methods or visitors
- to read and understand a particular description of data, build an object
model for it using appropriate design patterns (notably the composite and
visitor patterns), and draw the appropriate UML class diagrams. This
is similar to the Tangle Web question of homework #3.
