Eclipse and Java for Total Beginners -- A series of 16 video lessons that assumes no knowledge of Eclipse or Java. Recommended even if you are already know Java. See the "Companion Document" for a index of topics covered in each lesson.
Using the Eclipse Workbench -- A series of 6 video lessons that covers the features of the Eclipse workbench (the main editing/compiling interface). The video does not cover programming, though it's example is a Java project. A good way to see all the features of Eclipse. See the "Companion Document" for a index of topics covered in each lesson.
Eclipse and Java: Using the Debugger -- A series of 7 video lessons that covers using the Eclipse debugger. Using the debugger is a very useful skill that will save you hours of head scratching trying to figure out what is wrong with your programs. See the "Companion Document" for a index of topics covered in each lesson.
