Project Specification

 

          In this project, we propose to hide one WAV file called a MESSAGE
     within another WAV file called a BASE.  The hiding will be done in both
     time and frequencies domains.  Figures of merit include:  distortion
     of the message hidden inside the base, distortion of the recovered
     signal, hideable frequency, and required length of base.
