Stuff about CDFs

Located in $cdk_dir/skill/cdf

Transistor cdfs (fet_cdf.il) do things like:

• set model name
• enforce half-lambda grid & min. sizes
• convert sizes in microns to lambda and lambda to microns
• set the cellname for use with Virtuoso-XL (was DLE)
• estimate ad/pd/as/ps

Thin-ox capacitor cdf (cap_cdf.il) enforces min. # of contact rows (has to be >=1), estimates total capacitance, changes width or height to keep total capacitance constant

Contact cdf (contact_cdf.il) enforces minimum # of rows and columns (has to be >=1)
