NCSU CDK User FAQ: Why shouldn't I call Cadence?


Cadence will only respond to support requests from the people designated as the ``site technical liaisons''. There are only two of these at N.C. State (Cadence only allows two), and at least one of them receives email addressed to cadence_help@ncsu.edu.

If your problem turns out to be a bug in the Cadence tools (which is actually pretty rare), the technical liaisons will be able to forward it to Cadence technical support as appropriate. If it's an onsite configuration issue (which is usually the case), we can handle it here.
