Design Team Preliminary Report: Assigned 8/30/05 Due 11/22/05

I have not stated what must be in the report. Detailed dimensioned 
drawings and stress analysis plots should be in appendices.  Of 
course, assumptions made, materials selected, design choices, 
stress results, etc. should be discussed or justified in the body
of the report.

The class has requested that the report be graded and that your
design group has the choice of accepting that grade, or producing the
revised final design report in hopes of getting an improved grade.
Either way, a portion of each persons grade will involve the oral  
class presentation on the final design.
