Results

The filter works excellently, as you saw in the Process section, at finding Waldo in a small image. It also works with this big image:

As you can see, the Red matrix does not correlate very highly,

but the Green

and the Blue

correlate very highly. Consequently, the composite finds Waldo very reliably.
