Musical Note Recognition

The results of this project were
quite interesting. We had a success rate of about 80%. We tested
our system with various types of sounds. Our system determined the
pitch of a note quite accurately. In the cases we resulted in a wrong
pitch, the result was only off by a quarter of a note or so.

In this test case, the third note,
originally an 'F', resulted in an 'A' instead. Otherwise, the results
were successful.
