     retains the time information that simple fourier analysis loses. This algorithm was not overly useful, because as mentioned previously, the heart rate variability should be somewhat constant throughout the experimnt and this just serves to verify it. Howver, in a longer experimnt where the animal were being treated, this might be useful for watching transitions.
